Welcome to our posting ground for all things great and ongoing in modern espresso and brew bar techniques and training.

Once a fortnight the Giddy Up Crew will post something here and then conduct a training session on the topic at Giddy Up Floripa . Not always strictly Mondays but we'll try....

Please feel free to try all the stuff we find and post here at home- but keep some things in mind.

Sometimes (actually most of the time) there is more than one opinion on any given topic in coffee.

We'll endeavour to bring the best of the greatest minds out there and compile our findings here. But tread lightly- things change all the time.
